Mission
As a Perinatal Support Practitioner, I am committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to expectant mothers and their partners, throughout their pregnancy journey, and through the postpartum period.

I have a passion for supporting and caring for women throughout their pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I love teaching expectant parents about the importance of creating a positive and loving birth environment, as this is a transformative and miraculous time in life.

I offer a full range of pregnancy care services, including prenatal care and counselling, childbirth education, labour and delivery support, lactation support, and more.

Kristi worked alongside me giving me confidence and support while I dealt with a newborn that had a tongue tie, having to pump because of a hospitalization when he was 5 weeks old, and then provided resources and encouragement to continue breastfeeding after I had a surgery when he was 3 months old. Overwhelmed in the first few days postpartum, Kristi was there with supportive texts or FaceTime calls to help answer questions and encourage me. I was able to breastfeed my 3rd baby for 12 months thanks to Kristi and her guidance in those early days/weeks after his birth."
