About Me

Since I was a little girl, I have been drawn to babies.  As I have grown, that interest has become a lifelong passion and includes the transformative process of birth. This passion, partnered with the desire to promote, and advocate for positive perinatal experiences, has lead me to fulfilling work in the birth world for over 14 years. Another role I have enjoyed professionally is that of a Registered Massage Therapist. Having this career for over 21 years has equipped me with a vast understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. This is a considerable benefit since it provides a greater knowledge and comprehension of the capabilities of a woman's body during labour and delivery. I am blessed to be a wife, and a mother to three amazing children, which have humbly taught me many significant life lessons.  My birth experiences have been both in and out of the hospital, which gives me the unique ability to provide personalized and sympathetic support.  I am dedicated to providing compassionate care, support, and education to families as they walk through the miraculous and formative time of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.  I truly love what I do and am honoured each time a family invites me to come alongside them during this precious time in their lives.
