Supporting You Through Pregnancy & Postpartum

As a doula, I believe that  a woman and her birth partner deserve great care, support, and education, throughout the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. This will ensure a positive and meaningful birth experience. I am dedicated to helping you achieve this goal.  Many extended health care benefit plans offer partial coverage of the fee associated with birth doula services. 

Birth doula fee ~ $1,200.00.

Mindful Birth Prep 101

These private prenatal classes are designed to educate you on the amazing process of birth, and how to equip yourself, and your partner, for this life changing experience.  We will work together to create an individualized birth plan that is right for you. You will gain confidence in your body's ability to birth and feel better prepared for labour and delivery. I will also help you gain knowledge and skills for infant feeding, whether your plan is to breastfeed or bottle feed. We will discuss adjustments that make for a smoother transition to life with a newborn. 

Class fee ~ $175.00 (this includes a complimentary post partum visit)

Breastfeeding Consults

I offer one-on-one breastfeeding support and education visits in your home, or in the hospital, to help resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the postpartum period. If more extensive support is needed, breastfeeding packages (consisting of 4 consults) are available.

Single breastfeeding consult ~ $75.00

Breastfeeding package ~ $280.00

Solving Sleep Issues

These one-on-one consults introduce a gentle and age-appropriate method for helping to correct any sleep issues that may have formed with your baby. We will work together to dispel any sleep myths and struggles in a way that works, while keeping the physical and emotional wellbeing of the family unit a priority.  Single consultations are available, or a custom four-week support program can be designed.

Single sleep consult fee ~ $85.00

Custom 4 week consult program fee ~ $375.00
